Jane Bennett - Chair

Jane lives in Relbia , Tasmania with her partner Rick Wyllie and son Griffin. At the time of undertaking her Nuffield Scholarship in 2008, Jane was the founding Managing Director of a family-owned farm based dairy processing business Ashgrove Cheese. Since leaving the family business Jane furthered her executive experience as the founding Managing Director of an ASX listed agribusiness TasFoods that purchased several Tasmanian based agrifood businesses. Jane has extensive governance experience having served as a Non-Executive Director on a range of companies including the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), CSIRO, Australian Farm Institute and Food Innovation Australia Ltd. Currently Jane Chairs the Board of Hop Products Australia and serves as a Non-Executive Director on Grain Growers Ltd and Sustainable Timber Tasmania. Jane has served on the Board of Nuffield for the past 10 years and looks forward to continuing to work with the Board, Management, and the Nuffield Alumni to fulfil our Charitable Purpose to advance sustainable and profitable primary production in Australia through delivery of an outstanding international scholarship experience that builds a prestigious agricultural network.
Rob Bradley - NI Board Representative

Rob and his wife Jo and operate Bradley Agriculture, an extensive farming business in Northern Tasmania that includes an 850 cow dairy, prime lamb production and irrigated cropping of high value crops including seed carrots, peas and poppies. They are also partners in a 4,500 ha broad acre farming operation in northern NSW. Outside his own business Rob serves on two 'Not for Profit Boards in his local community, Cressy Longford Irrigation Scheme and Toosey Aged Care, Longford. He also serves as a director on Dairy Farm Management Business. Awarded his scholarship in 2009, he studied the integration of livestock and cropping farming systems.
Jodie Redcliffe - CEO

Jodie has been CEO since March 2019. Jodie has held numerous positions within the chicken industry for over 10 years: most recently as President of the Australian Chicken Grower Council for the past 18 months. Jodie was also President and Executive Officer for Queensland Chicken Growers Association and sat on the Australian Chicken Meat Federation, the peak body. These roles involved communication activities for chicken farmers, liaising with processors on issues such as feed and contract negotiations and involvement in setting industry policy. Jodie and husband Wayne operated a commercial broiler farm in Queensland for 27 years. In July 2017, they sold the farm, and purchased their dream property in Northern NSW, an Angus breeder operation and agritourism venture. Jodie is a 2013 Nuffield Scholar; her Nuffield report was titled "Something to Crow About: What can poultry farmers do to answer consumer perceptions and pressures facing our industry?' Jodie has been heavily involved with Nuffield Australia as Queensland State Chair, a member of the Programs Committee and foundation host of the Japan leg of the GFP since 2015. This role is a passion of Jodie's, marrying her ability to speak Japanese with her interest in agricultural learning. She is working towards Japan becoming a Nuffield affiliate country in the future.
